I wouldn’t mind them.
Buy a bunch of fancy vacation clothes, leave them behind so you won’t ruin them abroad, and just wear your regular clothing while touristing around. I mean, it makes it easier to pick up a few local things you can wear, without worrying that it looks silly.

Normal one would be hard to find most likely.
Sexy ones I am sure they could find with ease. So many sex shops that you know will sell crazy sized stuff, they will mostly sell as joke items and cosplay good, or just as perverted goods, but they will be real underwear… actually I take it back that will probably be more normal than sexy ones.
They could just ask in their own building. More than one person capable of making clothes, some of which may or may not also double as some sort of tactical gear.
