Some other people were working with patterns to develop certain effects with Orichalcum. Oh well, I’m sure that won’t come up again in like a year or two- or 5. I mean really now! Well, Shiden did say differently shaped oralchium had different power output. So differently shaped stuff that she can make could make something more or less powerful. Depending on what the element DOES, choosing a pattern is important.

Okay whatever she makes must meet these requirements… Small and concealable (she is going behind a few backs just to make it), a way to protect/repair because of Phil, many options of what to use (especially because she is being indecisive), takes advantage of Kate’s speed and strength and inconspicuous…. i know a Swiss Army Focus, one she can modify as she goes to become the perfect geomancer multitool, also a way to potentially get a better paying job once she gets the hang of crafting the foci, so she may help Shiden’s girls get an edge over Cains magibots.
That actually sounds like a good idea except the stuff about getting a better paying job then we would have less fodder for the blues getting in all the girls pants jokes
