Plus now they know he can just erase or flat out stop anything coming at him if he is not paying attention to it. Like the bullet that was shot at him.

That goes counter to the normal and cliche idea of wanting to keep your loved ones away from danger though.
If you are virtuallyimmortal and can throw yourself as an invincible shield infront of them, loved obnes become pretty safe 😛
