Magic isn’t identical from world to world, which is a strength the universe (the celestials) takes advantage of, unfortunately- their foes are very persistent, and unpredictable in some ways.

The outsider’s faith in the laws of this reality was misplaced. Perhaps in another life it will find a better path.
Also, bravo Yuki. An unorthodox yet satisfying solution. Also, apparently, effective.
UH you need to get away from that thing like RIGHT NOW
Dang
Well at least it didn’t land on you Inari!
Double tap! I don’t know how fine you can incinerate outsiders without Phil, but I do Not trust a chunk that big not to regenerate.
Their weak point seems to be the eye and the mass under it, Phil noted that it was shifting its vitals around to avoid being squished, so apparently they do risk physical damage, at least when they’re near a null, but I don’t know how much “body” they need to survive. IMO they seem like sink mold- if even a little remains it can grow back the minute you stop fighting it.
