I hope the movie’s interesting, and doesn’t turn… weird… at any point.

“And then Supergirl fights a random kraken and gets caught in it’s clutches…”
Like that weird?

If you look closely, the movie is Supergirl.

not surprising that blue borrowed that one, wonder if she still has the outfit from when she swapped with Kate?

If you’re thinking of what I think you’re thinking of, that was Powergirl that Blue was in the outfit of. Granted it’s a clone character of Supergirl, but wee bit different costume, lol.

PowerGirl is not a clone of Supergirl, she is Supergirl from an alternate reality. Galatea from Justice League Unlimited was a clone of Supergirl and never wore the actual Powergirl outfit, just one made to look similar.

DC movies ARE horror movies (battens down hatches for presumed rage response) But in all seriousness I’ve never been a DC fan, Batman being an exception.

The animated DC stuff is amazing. Almost all of their direct to DVD animated movies are very good, the shows for the most part are great (Young Justice easily one of the best shows to come out in a long time- cancelled because Cartoon network hate’s cartoons or something XD). and of course Justice League and Justice League unlimited. The only really really good Marvel animated show to come out was Avengers- Earths Mightiest heroes- that was AMAZINGLY fun. That said the new series so far doesnt seem that great, pacing needs to be fixed but otherwise, i look forward to it.
As for some of the better animated DC movies, Justice League New Frontier, Batman Year One (aka James Gordon is awesome the movie), Superman vs The Elite, Batman Under the Red Hood, Superman/Batman: Apocalypse, Superman Unbound… Actually easier to name the one’s that arent that great (Superman Doomsday – which was their earliest one from the new line of Direct to dvd animations- after that all of them had something in em worth watching XD).

you sir, have made a very big point on the DC animated movies and I agree with you, so I’ll give you my vote up, I also kinda miss Bruce Timm’s DC TV animated universe you know, he and paul dini always made the best stories within those show, they knew how to give Batman a theme & gritty story, they knew how to give superman a good theme and vibrant story with dark battles and a heartwarming romance with lois lane, cartoon network should have re-rated those shows TV PG years ago after making such PG rated cartoons like adventure time, regular show, 6teen, total drama and many more, I dig your knowledge on DC and I like it.

Oi! Power Girl may be a Kryptonian like Super Girl, but Super Girl is Super Man’s actual cousin, whereas Power Girl is an Earth 2 DC hero and is of no relation at all.

Is everyone being sent to a page with the URL “ty.html” at the end? I’ll try to fix it later but I have to work today =_= it should just go to a Paypal page and say thank you for your payment” – also after making a payment please either check your paypal or email for confirmation there (after waiting a few minutes).
If you have an email or a transaction on Paypal then it went through- dont worry about it! I still have them coming in and as I said, im gonna be stuck at work for a while tonight so It might take me a little while to get around to fixing it.

I wonder during the movie if Blue’s tail will subconsciously curl around Nami, that would be funny too see and Nami’s reaction afterwards

so they’re gonna watch a parody of superman eh? if I looked closely at that DVD cover correctly in that panel, we could finally see what superman or a parody of him look in such a mighty fine japanese art style.

Oh I remember that film. For some reason my younger sister bought it on dvd years ago. But hey it could be worse, I was scared blue would pull out a porno and make Nami just storm out, the end. phew ^.^;

Actually – as Mihari has already stated – That cover is the cover to the Supergirl movie made in 1984.
