Oh that’s cool, has it just been so long that I’ve forgotten or is this the first time we’ve seen Axel stitch his own wounds like that?
It’s just been awhile as we saw him do it during the Innsmouth arc when he forgot to defend first and was bitten by a hobgoblin he stitched it up afterwards while talking to the demoness.
