Maybe one was a prototype and not as good, i see no reason he wouldnt use his best one here. That or its just aircraft number and one is the soap bar shaped hover plane we saw earlier, he did say that was his first aircraft that flew using orihalcum. So one may not even be a combat vehicle. There is a chance its a even bigger and more powerful warship, but again i thing he would use his best here.

for me i cant help but think of the scene from Halo Reach when the Grafton uses its MAC to take out the Spire, fortunately unlike the UNSC Grafton this ship is equipped with plot armer, so the part of the scene immediately after the spire’s destruction wont happen
