I just noticed what looks like handcuffs!? Was that intentional?
She still might be in cuffs.
Because she resisted arrest, I guess!? But she isn’t violent now, and handcuffs shouldn’t be used routinely. [Or at least, that’s the law where I live.] Oh well, no biggie, it just looked odd to me.
It’s not like the cuffs would even slow her down if she decided to do something.
