Outsiders have made several appearances in the comic in the past. Usually in conjunction with the character Axel (Darklord) and some with the Celestials. Celestials are creatures that exist on the edge of the universe, and defend the universe from those outside of the universe, aka Outsiders. So outsiders are the beings that exist in the expanse between universes.
Outsider: “On second thought, I’d like to just go home now.”
