He’s talking about manners while his creation just showed up and started attacking the first person that opened the door, it only identified Phil because the attack was blocked, but what if it had been one of the girls or anyone else?
Also referring to him as ‘a subject for study’ makes it sound like he doesn’t think of Phil as a person.
It’s clear who is lacking in manners here.
I think he lost all chance to talk about manners when he called them ‘human filth’ honestly. Seems like he is going to be working hard to dig himself out of this pit.
