What interests me is that hearing them “deepened the bond”. Is she referring to her being more aware of Kate’s emotions or an interaction with Phil?
Her bond refers to her familiar connection to Kate which allows them to know and or share emotions and thoughts.
so are we hearing Kate’s insecurities like in Persona 4?
