That’s… actually a fact- sorta. It’s one of the most popular shows because it has such a wide base. I need to catch up on the series though. Almost called him Jimmy Kudo though- lulz. Those who know, those who don’t- need to watch over 900 episodes of an anime… Not really it’s just a joke about the English dub. Shinichi’s named was changed to Jimmy. I can’t remember what Ran’s name was changed to… so used to hearing RAN! in Japanese… one sec- oh yeah! Rachael! XD

the case closed anime has over 900 wpisodes? wow also a swim up bar on a cruse ship?
Be careful you don’t run into the Azumanga Daioh cast again. 😉
can’t enough of them at the pool bar
That bar needs a bar fender, that would help keep business afloat.
I can count on one hand the anime dubs I’ve watched, and even less than that, the ones I thought did a good job of it compared to original audio. Please watch with original audio, fansubs are plentiful and usually good enough, sometimes vastly superior to official subs.
Their are some good ones. The bleach dub was actually pretty good, though I did shift over to subbed because of how far it was behind, that was around when I shifted to sub in general.
But aside from all around good ones there are many that have great characters, like the original digimon show was mostly meh dubbing, and some parts and characters were bad. But they got a few voices actor who just went all in. The Elvis voice for the monkey was just comedy gold.
Someone spoil that episode for me so I don’t have to find it out if the like thousand episodes
The Scarlet School Trip, Episode 927 and 928.
Between panel two and three, in “Of course you’de remember it from an anime.”, the abbreviation for “you would” is “you’d” without the “e”.
