a rainbow menagerie of glowing potions and elixirs that do who know what, no wonder pen pen doesn’t want phil to touch them. that and phil would probably accidentally nullify or blow them up with his null powers.

Could this be some sort of reagent magic? Or alchemy? Penpen did say that becoming a chimera robbed her of the ability to absorb the magic to use in spells. Perhaps this potions serve a magic cells for her? Though… by that logic she might be able to use orichalcum stones as well…
