ok i went lmao at phils misunderstanding when rieko started about liches and he was all like give me a sec il clean it up.
its quite noticable in this way that phil is les whining and now more serious business when it comes to this stuff nice charater development.
Gotta love that Phil is ready and willing to lay the hurt on some liches on such short notice.
Phil just got back from being munched on by a Wendigo, and laying the smackdown on a demon. He’s not taking any chances with “mythical” creatures.
If phil got bitten by a vampire, what would happen?

Jokes aside, it doesn’t stop being awesome. Maybe the next arc will be about Liches… or that Phylactery from earlier. I wonder what testing Shiden was planning to do…
he uses the phylactery for the robot girls (old info) so testing would be for how to improve it and such
How Phil can deal with a Lich: Storm on through all of its magic, touch, poof. Then wait for it to start regenerating near its phylactery, and call in the maids. Mission accomplished.

Wow I still can’t wrap my head around how this comic developed into such a fantasy story, many times more different than the first 200 pages, even then I didn’t think that It would even develop some of the anime cliches of robot girls and ninjas (ninja?) don’t get me wrong this still is an amazing comic and look forward to the next 1000 pages, also I am still a fairly new reader (4-6 weeks now)
Nothing like a little justifiable rage to make an issue where there isn’t one.
