When this first came up , I forgot that electric blankets existed, but one of those would solve Kate’s issues with a lot less awkward involved.

As someone who has spent alot of time with cats i can tell you that they like snuggling up on people, especially if they are affectionate. It’s entirely possible that the electric blanket would solve the heat issue but it wouldnt satisfy kates need to snuggle when phil isnt around.

Is this the confermation of when blue said kate is bi, though that was rather mater of fact to being with.

We have seen all the way back to the beginning that Kate does not like to sleep alone, it probably comes from a mental issue of her parents abandoning her. So having Michelle there with her when phil is busy (at the start) was what she needed.
As we all know, Kate crave the heating 😀
