Ah yes, peace is wonderful and desireable, right up until it means we can’t automatically get everything we want. Because we still have the same lizard brains we had 20,000 years ago, doing absolutely everything in our power to make sure we lived long enough to spawn.
Hey, we have different lizard brains from 20,000 years ago. We’re a completely different kind of selfish spawn-driven beast from the ones we used to be. =P
Oh, yes, forgive me for my lapse of memory XD I suppose we did upgrade from the “fight everyone for the right to live and breed” software to the “fight almost everyone for the right to live and breed” software.
