I was also thinking the therapist meant Lilith had to expose herself to Phil to get rid of her violent urges towards him, though unless Stephanie is in a DnD group with them it is instead her homework to socialize with other (robot)girls?
I take this assignment as, “go be social without being defensively pervy.” Not Phil exposure therapy.
It’s probably a non-Phil including group. Hobbies and non-work activities seem to spread like memetic viruses among the girls. Like the chimera ears and tail clip-ons. Lilith is lucky the current hobby making the rounds isn’t Bridge.
