Its nice to see that Kate has made subtle preparation should anything unexpected occur.

I was wondering who would be performing the service, forgot Naoko was a priestess.

Totally missed Papa escorting his girl down the aisle first time I saw this page.

Is it right after the ceremony or later at the reception that the powers of Life, Death, the Elements , Heaven, and Hell pronounce their blessings on the newlyweds?

Well the Heavens are already giving their blessings as the Saint is the one presiding over the service. I’m sure the 4 elemental magi are in attendance but given the more traditional nature of the service their blessings may be delayed unless they’re part of the wedding party. Though that could work with Michelle as the MoH (seems to be the case) you could have Emi, Serena, and Lia as Bridesmaids which would then have Axel as Best Man, Hugh, Tom, and Shiden as groomsmen and then as members of the wedding party their blessings would either be implicit or if needed could be a simple reply to an appropriate line in the ceremony.

The twins is a more complicated as I doubt they’d do well in as large a crowd but they could be watching from their apartment and offer a blessing by prayer, or they could pick one or more of the non-magical wedding party members to act as proxy during the ceremony.

It’s certainly interesting to think about and I’m curious how the next few comics will address it.

This music I feel best describes the feeling of the wedding, from 0:22 to 1:03

sounds weird but I could totally see that being played instead of “here comes the bride”
