In Kate’s first sentence, you can just end with “floor”, you don’t need the word “section”. (imho)
Actually… no! The reason is, they are on the 4th floor of the cruise ship! So it’s not really right to say “The bed is on the second floor” because they are on the 4th floor- but the “Second floor Section” better implies that its the second floor of the room, not the second floor of the ‘building’ (actually ship of course but man- cruise ships are crazy-)

I don’t know this Shinden, but Shiden owns 1 cruise ship and it is not this one. Also that cruise ship is more of a disguised as a cruise ship ship…
