No, that seems like a trap for more teasing, since it doesn’t make sense since the mostly tasteful clothing he picked doesn’t require anything more than the face to complete.

I should have guessed — gods are not known for modesty, but they are known for preferring flattering or best of all accurate images of themselves.
Gods are also real big on their holy places and things not being violated. Nothing is more holy to a god than themselves, and being a creepy spy is *definitely* a violation.

My take on this is that Yuki is looking for evidence that he’s more of an artist than a voyeur. The ideal response might be, “Would a bikini show all the important identifying marks?”
If he is making a figurine for the shrine, Yuki might ask for one for herself.
