There’s only one issue with that… she’s so short (and broad if you include all of her tails) that the frame is unsuitable be in Portrait Orientation. It effectively HAS to be in Landscape to get everything, though you CAN get everything down to her hips in Landscape.

Agreed, since it’s obviously all about the tails.
Ancestral mammal – udder using tetrapods – embryology evolution made breasts a shared trait, everyone have them. Yuki may be endowed with breasts bigger than most, which is no reason to disparage her.
Tails is an interesting detail, since we apes evolved to have a diminutive coccyx, an anchor site that stills supports e.g. the pelvic floor. We can perhaps be envious of Yuki for her endowments.
There’s just something about the tails that grabs ones attention. I think its because of the fact that it either hides or augments the butt. As to which is likely to be more accurate, I’d say that varies from person to person.
Just my take on the matter of course.

The comment about her true self is kind of interesting. It shows how Inari and Yuki have completely different views about themselves. Inari isn’t comfortable with who he is, all he has is a variety of forms he uses, like humans use tools. Yuki however is comfortable with who she is, and that comfort is reflected in her true self.
Or at least that’s my take on the matter.
It’s not that Inari is uncomfortable with who they are. They just see themselves as all those things, not willing to settle down into being just one thing. For them, that’s totally normal. Yuki decided to define herself as herself, and has made that herself even though she has the ability to be anything/anyone. So – Inari doesnt have to find who they are or anything like that- they just are all those things and for the most part, it doesn’t affect them at all- until Phil comes along and is confused, but that’s Phil’s problem 😛
I like to think of Inari like hes a die someone rolls on the table. You have the singular object, but also the many faces on that object.. One stable, personal being, but with many sides and faces that, while shown individually, all still exist simultaneously. Like you roll a d20 and you get a 14 on top, but all the other sides still exist.
Phil however is unique in that instead of seeing just the 14 in the example. he sees All 20 sides layered on top of each other at the same time.
Well obviously you know the character better than I do. I mean, you wrote him! That was just my take on what we’ve seen of him so far.
I cant help being curious about wanting to know if its even possible for Sage to draw how Phil sees Inari.
Its also interesting that Yuki’s true self is as human as it is, but if that’s how shes comfortable being then rock on.
An interesting peek behind the curtain that Phil sees the person’s true percieved form vs. their assumed form. Inari is too mutable so looks like I imagine a double or triple exposed film image would, with overlapping translucent forms of each transformation while Yuki is just Yuki with translucent tails.
Makes me wonder if a shapeshifter could potentially take advantage of that to confuse/misdirect Phil. Thanks to his abilities it wouldn’t lead to harm but it could let them hide or otherwise sneak something by him. I’m also 100% percent that Phil is at least partly running through Changling lore like from the Races of Eberron book in his head between the changelings who constantly shift persona/form and the ones who actually live fully in an assumed form and become that person. Nerdy reference I know but one that feels appropriate for this particular forum.
Phil and Kate definitely have an interesting dynamic and I appreciate how Kate has enough trust for Phil to not get jealous even after the issues she had in her past. Doesn’t hurt that the two of them are usually in sync for most people.
