It feels weird that he is calling her Yuki rather than Mom. Love the quick draw spell slingin though.
Feel ever so slightly bad for the Outsider, who I haven’t actually seen this specific one do anything horrific. Other than, you know, look like THAT. Is that racist? That feels a little racist.
Well that little old lady probably was an actual person before being possessed. Now though, probably just a skinsuit the outsider was using as a disguise.
Which might also had been the fate of that kid’s older sister had Phil not shown up in time.
To be fair, I would count whatever they did to their host as horrific. Especially if it’s sneakily getting others possessed like the older sister priestess.

You really shouldn’t feel bad for the Outsiders. Their entire thing is wanting to invade and destroy everything in the Inner Sphere so to speak.
DO they? Or did they once, a very long time ago, and no one has been able to inform the Celestials because of the whole ‘kill on sight’ thing going on? I am reasonable confidant that yes, they are still horrible. But I am not CERTAIN.
You don’t always need nuance. Not everything is simply “misunderstood”. Sometimes the big evil monsters are just that, big evil monsters.
I might be misremembering, but isn’t this the place where the mini-miko’s sister got infected with an outsider? If so, then this … thing has already attacked at least two people with the intent to kill and replace. By devouring people from the inside out.
