Also – Just to be clear, Yuki’s response to Inari is being sarcastic. Seeing as it wasnt that long ago Yuki was talking on a cell phone she of course knows about phones, and Inari’s response asking about getting her number is proof he knows she’s joking and is aware.

And assuming he knows his Japanese mytholgoy, he just realizing he’s rooming next door to a guy who can talk down to Inari, one of the most powerful of Japanese spirits, and a girl who can flirt with Inari’s parent while on a honeymoon with said guy in front of said guy.
Huh, I was more thinking he just saw them leaving through the portal. I didn’t get the impression he listened to the whole conversation.
