Now the real question, will it start allowing magic clothing on those around him? Its a harmless spell after all, or does his magic enjoy the result.
His magic does allow magical clothing nearby. It just adjusts Phil’s vision to see whatever is hidden underneath like the magic was semi-transparent.
the real question is, would he be able to wear magical power armour?

Honestly, from what little we know of the null magic, I think it likely only relatively recently (as in around the time Phil was born give or take perhaps as he is only the second or third null and the others were weaker than Phil.) started to gain a mind/will of its own.
Plus based on what we know of the other elementals, whose personalities are affected by their host, depending on how connected they are.
I think null would like what Phil likes. So yes, it probably likes Yuki!
Phil’s magic is a boob man (thing? concept? what pronouns does a disembodied concept use?) confirmed.
Or it’s a foxfan. It went above and beyond usual performance to save Inari.
