I kind of wish Phil were wrong here, and the dracolich really -did- have enough oomph and preparation to pull off a win — or at least get out of this bind to plague the party again later.
Yeah, this just feels like an un-fun stomp fest.
Man y’all are almost as insulting to the poor Dracolich as the party is being- they are trying to be tactical though- y’all are just being mean! XD I thought it was pretty clear that while the plans are good- they are still in for a tough fight. Almost regardless of what kind of plan you have taking on a creature like this is generally a death wish. So no matter how much things seem to be going well- this doesnt end in a couple pages.
